Dizzy while sleeping while pregnant
I woke up after 3am this morning, with my head spinning. Tried to focus or go back to sleep but my head just kept spinning. I eventually had to throw up but my stomach was empty just clear fluid. I read to lay on my left side and have been doing that since but 3 hours later and I’m still dizzy I don’t know what’s going on! Is my baby okay?
