Baby movement and sleeping patterns?
I've started waking up at 5am each morning despite how tired I am and it doesn't matter how late I was up. I work so I'm used to getting up at about 6:30 during the week but usually on the weekend I can sleep until about 8 or 9.
I'm not a good napper so despite how tired I am I can't catch up on sleep. I'm so tired!
I was wondering if maybe my early mornings could have something to do with the baby being up and active even though I can't feel it yet?
