So i decided to pay for a private scan thinking i was 8W5D (LMP 26th November) she couldnt see anything abdominally so had to do a transvaginal scan. No heart beat was seen and im only measuring at 6W4D. She advised me that she doesnt think this will be a viable pregnancy as there is no heart beat and measuring 2 weeks behind. Ive had no cramping and no spotting and i need to have another scan in 1-2 weeks to see if there is any progression.

I have worked out that from my ovulation day i would be 6W3D i understand how they work out how many weeks you are but i dont understand how you can be 2 weeks pregnant before an egg is released (is this just me that thinks this? 😂)

Can anyone help and share some success stories because me and my husband dont know what to think or feel right now :(

I went for my repeat scan yesterday. My baby has not grown at all and still has no heart beat. I spent 5 hours of my birthday at the hospital getting the medication to make me miscarry as i had no bleeding/spotting or cramping before

So very heart broken but i understand that this was not our time and our rainbow baby will come along
