Help, loosing faith! 2days late and BFN, happen to anyone else?

Today I am 2 days late and no sign of period, have had cramping last few days but still no sign of AF and having alot of clear discharge (sorry TMI) , took this test last night my 1st day of missed period and this was result and took one this morning and was the same , am I more than likely out or do pregnancy tests not show positives sometimes until a few days late? I just always see people getting positives before AF is even due so just think mine would surely be positive by now if i was
