How to surprise your parents with pregnancy?

So I want to be able to surprise my mom with my pregnancy (I just found out I’m pregnant with my first baby and her first grandchild 😁) and she’s been talking about grandchildren for years so I know it’s going to shock her but I want to come up with something creative to do and I can’t think of anything, any suggestions or personal experiences that you all have?? I would love to hear them to get ideas!

Get a small little box with a onesie that says something about being a grandma and add a pacifier to it with a cute note saying for when I stay with grandma or something a long those lines. Have her open it up and video her reaction so you’ll always have that moment to look back on!

We have a BIG family so with this baby we sat at their already overfull 10 person table for family dinner and I looked around with a disappointing look on my face and said "mom you're going to need a bigger table or the 12 of us wont fit come April" they all looked at me confused until my sister said "wait are you pregnant again?!"
Last baby we announced on father's day, so I had my daughter make my dad a fathers day card that was signed "Love, Olivia and Baby 'G' number 2." There were cheers and tears all around. 
This baby, I told my mom first and I just bought 2 shirts at Motherhood. One said Adding a little more love to our family, the other said Due in March. I said "mom look at these adorable shirts I got! When I got them I thought you would love them!"
It doesn't have to be big or a grand gesture. It will be special no matter how you tell them.

I love when people "take a picture" but really someone is recording a video and you all get posed for a picture and the person recording says "say cheese" and then you and your partner say "we're pregnant" or something along those lines and you get their reaction on video. I'm sorry if that made no sense I tried to explain it the best I could! Lol
