So is anybody feeling this way. Oh boy, im 6 weeks today and it feels like a thousand trains passed thru me. My legs hurt, my arms, lower back and i have been with nausea all night that i couldnt sleep. When i had my twins i felt similar but not this early. Is anyone feeling semi the same??
