Please help! I’m going crazy

So on the 23rd I took an opk and it was high and then on the 24th I got my peak 🙌🏽we’ve been bd this whole month tbh not trying to conceive necessarily but just enjoying our selves. Earlier today wiped and saw light pink bleeding on the tissue but just 5 minutes ago it’s darker and the consistency of ewcm and I am confused as to what it means. We lost our baby at 14 weeks in December so my period hasn’t return so I’m just looking for some guidance anything would help!!!

I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Could this me implantation bleeding? I believe it’s too early for that right ? I’m also getting a bit of cramps
