Need some legal advice can someone help??

I think I am being set up here. I have never done any of those things mentioned in the letter. I know who the girl is but we live in different states and haven’t talked in years since HS. I live in New York. I am a nurse and would never steal. I am so confused on how this person got my address and why I am being accused. What should I do?

I called him and explained to him what’s going on and he said hes going to think about what to do. Right now it’s he said she said stuff. I am thinking about going to authorities myself.
