Hello ladies

I don’t know if this would be my last time In this group just know you ladies are very amazing with encouragement plus more, well I started to spotting yesterday around 12 noon just brown then it turn bright red I didn’t saturated a pad or nothing just mostly when I wipe. So I went to the restroom I seen like a tiny pebble blood clot so I freaked out, I’m not cramping no symptoms at all so I went to the ER they told me they seen a beginning stage of pregnancy of a sac nothing else, so I might not be 6wks according to my lmp.. so today I woke up for work light blood in the pad nothing on the tissue but like a smear took a pregnancy test this morning it was positive so idk if I had a miscarriage or I’m pregnant I’m so scared I can’t experience another loss I CAN’T

My question is if I had a miscarriage would I still have positive pregnancy test??
