I’m taking it now, along with Fertilaid and Ovaboost. I’ve been pretty okay with the results, but I’m also using preseed lube. But this has definitely increased my CM. The catch is you HAVE to drink enough water. It recommends 64oz, personally I drink a gallon a day. But that was before I started taking it.

I've used coconut oil in the past. I think lube would probably be enough without having to take pills.  It's just to help the sperm get to the cervix so external help is probably enough.

That in conjunction with removing my IUD I was pregnant within a month!

I have used this one before and ended up pregnant,but lost twins very early on.still trying for 13 years thinking about trying this one again.
