Am i pregnant? 2days late with symptoms!!!

Hey guys, so heres a little back story... Me & my husband has been ttc for 2 years now .. im 25 years old & its been so overwhelming.

Recently i’ve been feeling just exhausted & sick here and there. Today i’ve had like a tugging / pulling & sharp pains in my lower stomach on the left side.

Im 2 days late & i’ve been having just white discharge... I don’t have a pregnancy test right now but I did hear rumors in ovulation tests can detect pregnancy??

I took an ovulation test & the 2nd line is slighty faint.. Im nervous to buy a preg test because I dont wanna get my hopes up high & then end up with a BFN 😫

Has this ever happened to anyone ? Or do you believe in the ovuation test to detect pregnancy.
