Should breeding pit bulls be illegal without some sort of regulation or permit? (Read description)
So I live in Tennessee and follow a lot of animal shelters on social media and when they host events or post their adoptable dogs, I feel like the vast majority of the dogs in the shelter are pit bulls or Pitbull mixes. This is so sad and I feel like there should definitely be some sort of regulation on breeding them that forces responsible breeding or a person should have to have a license. Am I crazy for thinking this? Opinions please!
