negative OPK but I have ovulation signs? Advice please!!

I am on cd 11 and I have had A LOT of egg white cm!! I usually don't notice this, but last night and today it has definitely been there! I also have had some slight cramping on one side. I tested this afternoon and this was my test. So should I wait to bd (my husband has a low sex drive so we're lucky to get in2-3 times during fertile week) or should I go ahead and try for it because of all the signs? Help please!!
