Symptoms of ectopic pregnancy

3w5d and getting some cramping only on the left side. I know I ovulated from that ovary so I am super nervous of an ectopic pregnancy. 🤔 hoping it’s just normal aches n pains. Anyone had an ectopic pregnancy? And how soon did you find out? What were ur symptoms?
