First signal pregnancy test

Has anyone taken it apart while it was still wet? I got a negative result so I wanted to see if there was anything if I held it to the light. But when I first pulled it apart there was a dark pink line in the cotton part and it was about as dark as the control line. I checked it when It was dry as well and it was gone and now it looks like a vvfl and its wide so I dont know whether to count it as evap or not. I am 9 dpo so probably too early to test. But has anyone else done that? Or seen that?
