pyloric stenosis????

I’m dying for information containing this!!! My daughter is 1month and just started projectile vomiting after feedings yesterday evening. She’s kept about 3 bottles down but not in a row.. she was at 4oz. Now I’m dropping her back to 2.  She’s on Alimentum. She has acid reflux and takes Zantac 3 times a day.. her poop was dark brown and since she started throwing up it’s been light...  I’m getting her into her doctor in the am for a referral to get an ultrasound.  But any advice with someone that has experience is appreciated!

My son had surgery on his PS 2 weeks ago. He was diagnosed via ultrasound after 2 days of projectile vomiting, losing 4 oz, and not having consistent wet/poopy diapers. 
Once he was diagnosed he spent 48 hours on fluids because he was severely dehydrated. His surgery was laparoscopic and took less than 2 hours (including the time it took to get him under anesthesia and the time in the recovery room). Two weeks later you can’t even see any scars. He spent another day and a half in the hospital after the surgery so the doctors could make sure he was keeping down his feedings. He threw up the first three feedings we tried to give him but has kept every feeding since then down. He gained a pound in a week after the surgery!!

There’s a mom in either this group or the November group with a baby that was diagnosed and underwent surgery for pyloric stenosis. I think her name was Emily? I wish I could tag her or try to find her post...it said something about following your gut/listening to your instinct in the title if you want to try to find it.
