5W 6d ZERO symptoms! Is this normal?

So I have my doctors appointment January 30th. However I know 100% the day I conceived so going off of that as well as my last period I would be 5 weeks and 6 days. I feel zero symptoms other than slight breast pain, and I MAY be peeing more? Not sure because I’m also trying to drink more. But I have no nausea. Is this normal?

Not everyone gets nausea ( Morning sickness ) Every Pregnancy Is different.

Yepp!! After week 5, boobs shrunk and were no longer tender. Went to ER three times mainly because of it. 7 weeks 3 today. I've heard the heartbeat and baby's growing fine. Other than occasional nausea, I'd have nothing else to go on. Yes it happens.

Mine didnt start till 6.5 weeks and hit me like a mac truck lol, still going strong at 9 weeks 😭😭🤢🤮

I said the exact same thing now I’m 9 weeks and have waves of nausea & sore boobs 🤢

Am 4 weeks and 3 day dont have any symptoms just tender breast  and peeing frequently too which I think it's as the result of drinking so much water apart from that nonthing, I too dont kw if its normal.
