Last round of clomid what’s next after this?

I’ve been pregnant twice before and now am having trouble conceiving. I was just not ovulating but clomid has helped me too ovulate. I’m 25. I’m on my last round of clomid (6 rounds) and I’m on 150mg which has gotten me to ovulate the past 3 cycles. I ovulated a total of 3/5 times and I’m guessing I’ll ovulate this round making it 4/6. I highly doubt I’ll get pregnant since it hasn’t happened yet.

So I’m just wanting to know what the next step in ttc would be. I know that for me it will not be Ivf. Also my insurance doesn’t cover any fertility including the clomid it covers nothing. So I will hve to pay out of pocket for the medication. What did you all hve to move on too?
