Best friend had a dream about me...

My best friend of 9 years had a dream about me last night. We fell asleep around 11 and then this morning I didn’t feel good after my shower so she proceeded to tell me her dream. She said I took two pregnancy tests and one was a Walmart cheapy and the other one was a FR. She said the Walmart one was a faint line but the FR was super positive. What could this mean? Anyone else have similar experiences and ended up pregnant?
