I need details!

I have so many questions about the IUD and I’m just begging someone to please answer ALL of them. First I am very shy about people seeing down there can I request a female to insert it? Does it hurt? Will I be asleep or awake when it’s being inserted? Will my periods get lighter or possible be gone completely? Will my periods get worse? Any cramps? Any other side effects? How long do I have to wait to have sex after it’s been inserted? Could it get moved out of place during sex? Will my partner be able to feel the string or any difference when we have sex?
