Warning TMI

So I am 36 weeks 4 days today. At about 1:00 this morning, I started throwing up for no reason, followed by diarrhea. Then I started to have contractions. I tried to drink lots of fluids and rest, but every time I did, I would throw up again. I ended up going to labor and delivery. My contractions were consistent in time, but not getting any stronger, still having them now. L&D gave me Zofran, and an IV bag. I also drank 3 cups of water while there. So they sent me home. I have not vomited again, but I am still having diarrhea. I didn’t eat anything out of the normal yesterday, and no one in my family is sick. Has anyone ever had these symptoms as an early sign of labor? I have an appointment with my OB in two days, but I am worried this will not stop.
