Success with Lovenox??

We’ve had 5 miscarriages, 1 stillbirth. Every test under the sun has been done and the only thing they found was I have the MTHFR gene mutation. My doctors want to throw the kitchen sink at me next pregnancy: progesterone shots, baby aspirin, and Lovenox. We were told to wait until I got two periods before trying again... and my second period is finally here. That means we can start trying again soon and I am so scared we are going to lose another. Anybody out there have success with Lovenox after multiple miscarriages?
