Morbidly obese and ttc

I am a 30 women that has 2 kids already 9&2. I currently weight 314 lbs. I have always been big since I was a kid. My husband I decided we wanted to have baby number 3. Earlier this month I went off the Xulane patch. My family members have made comments because of my weight I’m going to have trouble conceiving. Im not sure what to do now. Has anyone has went off the patch and started ovulating even though they are a bigger women. Thank you in advance.
