Does anyone have anymore information on chemical pregnancies other than the fact that they’re early miscarriages, possibly related to chromosome issues?

Trying to book an appointment at my doctors is like getting blood from a stone & I really don’t trust that they won’t fob me off anyway! I’m from the UK so I’m probably more limited to what tests I can ask for or tests they’ll even do compared to the US unless I go private.

But after two chemical pregnancies, I’m just wondering if there’s a possibility that I am actually fine to carry children & a chromosome issue literally was the issue with both of my pregnancies, or if there’s other reasons that I could possibly ask my doctor to look into? Or tests that I could ask them for when I conceive again?

The internet is pretty vague when it comes to chemical pregnancies so if anyone could share their experiences so I could gain a little more knowledge, that would be most helpful!
