Help!

Okay, so I'm fairly young, and I know nothing about topics such as sex and masturbation. I've heard people talking about it and don't know what it is. I came on here to learn about it and also get help with issues such as mental health and relationships. I'm currently praying my butt off that nobody from school finds this account. My friends are always talking about the sexual topic and I don't know what anything means or what a pee-pee even looks like. Can I get some help?
