Huge spike in my bbt and glow sends a notification this means I may have ovulated. WTH?! My period was due yesterday. Can someone please explain, it’s my first month tracking. Miscarriage last month and first cycle hasn’t come back yet.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I don't have experience with that but I came off birth control and my cycle has been crazy, I ovulated this month two days after my period was due (CD33) I've been told by friends that their cycle was also messed up after MC so that could explain it. Also all the trackers take a bit of time to get used to your cycles, they become much more accurate after a couple of months. Finally you need to make sure the temp is taken at exactly the same time every day before you get up.

Miscarriages can mess up your cycle. This could be the month you are getting your cycle back and that is why you have a spike in your BBT.
