Negative pregnancy test 😭 help!

Feeling so discouraged. Totally felt pregnant all week, bloating, nausea, stomach cramps, constipation, heightened sense of smell.. And it came out negative. I'm not late yet... My period is due tomorrow. But I am also irregular so I'm not sure if it's even due tomorrow 😭 I'm really sad. My breasts feel so tender, they have white spots and it's a sharp pain. I feel like something's wrong with me...
