Does he have the right to know?

My ex boyfriend of 4 months broke up with me, and we would always have unprotected sex, cause he doesn’t “like the way it felt with a condom” I’m not on birth control or anything, we would use the “pull out method.” anyways the last time we did it was December 28th, and I was supposed to get my period on January 8th, it didn’t come! I just thought to myself maybe it’s just late, but on Saturday morning I woke up throwing up, I didn’t really think much of it because I drank so much Friday night, but today I woke up at 7am puking my guts out, and I’ve been peeing so much, it also burns when I pee. And I don’t know if I should tell my ex because he already has enough on his plate, and what if I’m not? I haven’t taken a test yet because I don’t have money to go buy one, and if I am pregnant and I tell him he is just going to tell me to abort it. Should I tell him what I’m going through?
