Anyone know what this is?

The picture with the pink polkadots is from almost 10 days ago. I dont know what it is, but it seems to get bigger. They don’t hurt or itch. It’s just seems like a scratch or something. I’m not sure if I should we worried or anything. The one on my left upper thigh was small now it’s like a big complete circle. Thought I’d see if everyone on here ever had this or whatever. Thanks
