I domt understand..

I have a 5 month old little girl . and I don't understand I have all the pregnancy symptoms (backache, stomach hurts all the time, feel like I'm gonna throw up, dizzyness, always tired) buy the thing is I have took a pregnancy test and it comes out negative.. What do I do?
