IUD Strings??

So I recently got an IUD, well like 4 Weeks ago, and my and my boyfriend had unprotected sex, he didn't complain or anything but said he could feel something, like being poked by a fine and hard hair. Is that my strings? And if so is there anything I can do so he can't feel them? I still wanna be able to check them and everything

Yes that's the string. They soften over time and eventually curl around your cervix. Just give it time and it fixes itself

Check your strings. Strings feel like fishing line and soften over time. If you feel hard plastic that's the IUD, it's out of place if you feel hard plastic and you wont be protected against pregnancy. Call your doctor because if it's out of place theyll need to remove it but you can get another right away.

I have the same problem but whenever he goes deep it makes a pop sound. I usually get in there and tuck in the strings to my wall.
