Wondering if anyone can share their experiences coming off of Diane birth control and trying to get pregnant. Since it's on the stronger side hormonal balance wise, my OBGYN suggest I wait 3 months before trying which we are doing. Slightly nervous about hormonal shifts I may have as I already deal with a strong anxiety disorder. Also curious about anyone's weight fluctuations they may have occurred. Have been seeing a pelvic focused acupuncturist for almost a year now to help with endo pain and preparing my body to start this exciting journey!
