Hot/sore breasts
I’m a first time mom trying my absolute hardest to breastfeed my little one who is tongue tied. My breasts are always hot and sore. Is this normal? I usually feed on one side while I pump the other or I will feed on both sides and pump out what is left. My son cluster feeds (probably because his tied tongue) so I never really get to the point of being engorged which makes me concerned about them always being hot and sore.
