Is this real?!

So I’m unsure of what to think of this. Hubby and I have experienced 2 missed MCs, 2 chemicals, then most recently I lost my left tube to an ectopic on October 2nd. My HCG was never tested down but I had had normal cycles since and my ovulation tests were on track with my cycle in December.

So this month I had been testing at high fertility on my clear blue digitals for like 9-10 days, and figured I just wasn’t going to O this month. So I haven’t tested in a few days but bought a new pack for next cycle. Well today I was feeling a little crampy and I’ve been so tired so I thought maybe I was having late O. Tested and got a peak fertility result. Then in the same drawer I had pregnancy tests and figured what the heck I’m gonna test. Well...I will post a picture of what popped up almost immediately. I’m just in complete disbelief, although I shouldn’t be because I’ve been praying so hard and leaving our struggles to God. Is this our miracle? I keep second guessing and doubting how this could be possible. Is it normal to get a positive opk and get a positive pregnancy test?

I need to call my RE and OB first thing in the morning, as I know they will want to watch things very very closely, but I feel almost silly, like there’s no way this could be real...
