How accurate is Glow?

Hi all! This is only our second cycle ttc. The app says my period should have started yesterday. I’m trying to hold off on testing again. How accurate have the date predictions been for you??

It’s not accurate if you happen to have an off month, which can happen to anyone, or if you happen to ovulate later in your cycle than other women. Glow works better if you have inputs like tracking your BBT.

It’s as accurate as the information you give it.  It goes off of your previous cycles and what you said was your cycle length.

I used it for a year for ovulation awareness to prevent pregnancy and ended up unexpectedly pregnant... I mean it’s just an app unless you constantly test with ovulation tests there isn’t a for sure way to know 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
I had extremely regular cycles, and this particular one my body was like “were ovulating a week early” I had sex twice in a 24 hour period in the month of July (that’s it literally had sex twice in the month) and ended up pregnant lol there was no way for glow to know I was ovulating sooner than I normally was so I can’t blame the all for that haha

It's been pretty accurate for me! Especially when it comes to ovulation. For my periods, glow is a day off. Always shows a day early.
