IUI scheduled for Monday- LH surge tonight

Hi all. I am on my 2nd IUI cycle and was supposed to have the IUI Monday and Tuesday. I used Femara cd 4-8, and have used Bravelle cd 9-16. Today is CD 16. I have had 3 ultrasounds this week. Monday I had 3 follicles, Wednesday they hadn't made any growth, and then Friday I had 6 follicles. This morning I woke with horrible cramps- as bad as my period cramps (pretty awful since I have Endo) I called my RE and they said it was normal and said I should stick with the scheduled ultrasound tomorrow because there was no way the follicles had grown enough in just one day to miss ovulation. My bbt rose this morning and then I got a positive opk this evening. For almost a year, I have ovulated on CD 19-20. Last month, I triggered on cd 14 and had IUI cd 15 and 16.  I'm so worried I'm going to miss my window! I'm too terrified to go ahead and BD bc  DH has low count/motility so it could affect the IUIs. We did BD Wednesday. Has anyone gone in for a scan and they opted to go ahead and perform IUI the same day?  Has anyone had an IUI wothout triggering? I'm a mess!
