Tww and positive opk...

So I decided that after my positive opk on cd 13 to continue taking them, I can tell I ovulated by opk and cm however I’m on cd 21 or 8-9 dpo and I had positive opk yesterday and today! Like crazy dark positive, does this happen to anyone else? Do I ovulate late?? What’s your experiences!
