Confused

I lost my daughter at 19 weeks pregnant on the 24th of December.. I haven’t had a period but my fiancé and I have been sexually active since been cleared from the doctor.. I took this today and it came back positive.. am I actually pregnant or do I just have HCG levels left in my system from the loss of my daughter? I am scared to get excited cuz it might be false!! I want a baby so bad. I am going to call and make an appointment with my doctor tomorrow but my heart and mind is racing!!
