Baby in room

For the moms that are putting cribs In their own room:

1.) how are you organizing baby’s things?

2.) are you still going to decorate the area that you’re putting the crib in?

3.) are you gonna put a rocker/glider and/or changing station in your room?

I am in an apartment and not gonna be moving until a couple months after baby is born so I just wanna see what other moms are doing when baby is sharing their room with them...feel free to drop pictures so I can get ideas also...Thanks in advance.
