Ovulation or Early Signs of Pregnancy

Hello ladies! Please can you advise as to what is going on with my body? For a bacgrounder, I had unpro intercourse with a partner last Aug 7. I took MAP 36 hours after and bled rather heavily after 7 days. Yesterday, (almost 24 days adter the deed), I took an hpt and got a negative. Today, I seem to be experiencing lower abdominal pain (the locus of pain being the left side of my tummy) and I find that my lower back is aching. I also have an unusual amount of creamy to egg white discharge. Could I be pregnant or ovulating? Glow says Im supposed to have my AF this August 27.
