I’ve read a few different answers online... so help me out ladies! Do we ovulate on the day we have the MOST egg-white CM or 1-2 days after? (I only had 1 day of that type of CM.)

Answer

We are fertile before actual ovulation so the sperm can be waiting on the egg since the sperm live longer and the egg only has about a 24 hr period before it isn't good any more. So we are at our most fertile about 1-2 days before ovulation.
