Is it true all babies are born with blue eyes?

My SOs are green, and mine are brown. His mothers is green and his dad's are blue; my moms are brown and my dads are blue. Everyone on my dads side has blue eyes. I'm half Asian, half Caucasian (idk if that matters) and my SO is Caucasian. I heard all babies are born with blue eyes and then they change into their normal color? Is this true?

My son was born with light grey eyes, they are now hazel. Mine are a hazel, and hubby has dark brown eyes.

I was born with green eyes, but they turned brown. (I wish they stayed)

My little boy who is 2 now was born with blue eyes and still has them. But his dad has blonde hair and blue eyes as well as me. So I think it really just depends my mom and dad both have brown hair and brown eyes and I came out blonde hair and blue eyes and still have it.

My oldest was born with steel grey eyes. They turned a pretty light brown.

My second daughter was born with super dark brown eyes and they stayed the same.
