Is this hormonal related?
I started with a feeling of a lump in my throat this morning, and it hasn't gone away. This is my first cycle off the pill and I'm wondering if it's just my hormones being weird. I am due for my monthly in 2 days. I've never had this issue before or while taking the pill. Maybe I've read too much but some women have said it's a symptom before they get morning sickness? 🤷♀️
