Help, 17 month old kicked me in the stomach

Let me start by saying he didn't do it on purpose. I cosleep and he moves so much in his sleep sometimes, but last night it seemed like he was having a nightmare when he jammed his foot hard as possible right into my lower abdomen. I'm 6 weeks 5 days pregnant, and after it happened there was a lot of cramping, and I also felt sore for a while, but there wasn't any blood or anything. I'm still having some cramping here and there, but still no blood thank god.

So my question is, if something was wrong and he hurt the baby, there would probably be at least some bleeding, right?
