Miserable with HG

Yall... ive posted before but im posting again. I have hyperemesis and this is my 2nd pregnancy to have it. Its definitely worse the second time. I vomit everyday, im nauseous morning, afternoon and night. No dr or family believes how miserable I am. I even pulled my esophagus and now throw up blood :( the past 6 days ive only eaten toast and Gatorade. Im using phenagran cream and vitamin b6 and unisom 3 times a day. Pleaaaaaaaase tell me theres something else I can take or ask for. Im dehydrated and feel like a dried up sponge. I also have been feeling so much guilt because I can barely get out of bed to play with my toddler
