Ultrasound at 4w

Hi everyone, today I went in for an ultrasound - not to check for pregnancy. But actually to check if everything was okay after my mc (26/12). She told me everything looked normal, ovaries looked normal etc. I’m on CD34 (if I count the first day of my mc as my CD1), and ovulation happened 2 weeks ago. So there’s a small chance maybe we were blessed again and conceived. Would she be able to see anything at 4w? I don’t think she was looking for a new pregnancy but rather “the old one”... I hope that makes sense? What do you think? Am I just clinging to hope here?
