I started nannying for someone today. She has 2 children. One is in preschool so I only have one to watch in the morning and later on I’ll go pick him up from school.

This child is going to give me baby fever. I’ve known her since she was 6 weeks old because she was in my baby class when I worked in a daycare. She’s 2. I made her breakfast, changed her out of her jammies.

We played and read a book. We listened to music. Had a snack. I couldn’t take her outside because it’s too cold, but we made up for it by playing around the house. I did the dishes for them and cleaned the counter tops/stove and she stood next to me and danced and played with magnets on the fridge until I was done. I made her some food and she licked the plate clean. She rubbed her eyes so I took her to her bed and laid her down and she went straight to sleep. She’s an angel.

What do I even do with myself. I guess I’ll clean some more😂. Y’all don’t understand, I worked in daycare and daycare is a mad house. Im in my heaven.

I can’t wait until it’s warmer and I can start taking them places like the park. That will be so fun.
