Did anyone get a positive blood test but negative urine

My period is two weeks late 15 days and I’ve taken so many home pregnancy tests all negative..

Today I went to the doctor and took a urine test there it was negative and then I took a blood test so I’m a waiting those results

Has anyone had this happen where it wasn’t picking up on hpt but it did on a blood test?? Can this even happen
