I wish they would understand

Im one miserable chick. I have no support from no-one n Im just sad all the time. I have lupus for one then on top of that I'm 13 weeks pregnant. Every other day my bf ask me what's wrong like its not clear as day. He gets mad because I cry. I'm lonely, I have no friends and instead of being there for me he tells me its not his fault. I'm so over everything. What's crazy is we planned the baby. I'm started to think it was a wrong plan. I need help forreal!!
