Pregnancy acne HELP

I've recently gotten the advanced proactiv acne medicine for my face because my face is just so horrible since I became pregnant well the face wash and moisturizer had benzoyl peroxide and the serum stuff that comes with it had sacylic acid I was wondering if just using the ones with the benzoyl peroxide was ok to use but not the serum with the salyic acid? I just don't want my baby to come out with anything wrong but my face needs help bad and wondering if anyone used this during pregnancy??
